Another Health and Safety Award for Enva

| Enva Ireland Ltd has received another acknowledgment for its overall health and safety efforts and performance, receiving a merit award at the National Irish Safety Organisation (NISO) annual awards presentation last month. |

| This award further signifies the emphasis placed by Enva on its safety and environmental management systems, and follows-on from the recent OHSAS 18001 accreditation for all Enva facilities in the Republic of Ireland. |

| The overall aim of the NISO awards scheme is to improve safety performance within companies and organisations, and provides a forum for employees and the public to hear about the positive efforts that have been made in this regard. The Merit award received by Enva was recognition of the positive safety culture within the organisation. It clearly demonstrates the significant resources, time allocation and commitment within Enva in maintaining a safe place of work for all those who come into contact with our activities. |

About NISO
The NISO is a voluntary body dedicated to the promotion of Health and Safety in Irish workplaces. NISO aims to promote measures designed to safeguard persons at work against occupational dangers to life, limb and health which in turn promotes safety, health and welfare in the workplace.
Founded in 1963 and organised on a regional basis with its head office based in Dublin, NISO has the support of the Health and Safety Authority, Irish Congress of Trade Unions, Irish Business Employers Confederation and the Irish Insurance Federation - each of whom has a nominee on the NISO National Executive.
The organisation is membership based and currently has approximately 1800 members from all areas of industry and commerce in areas such as manufacturing, services, unions, semi-state bodies, local authorities and the health / education sectors. Membership of NISO is open to all organisations. The National Irish Safety Organisation is a voluntary non-profit making organisation promoting occupational health and safety. |
