| In 2007, Enva Cork moved to its brand new purpose-built facility at Raffeen Industrial Estate, Ringaskiddy Road, Monkstown. Our Cork facility houses our water / wastewater chemical production operations in addition to providing warehousing for our range of water / wastewater, odour and other treatment aids. The Cork facility also has a significant analytical capability provided by an in-house laboratory specializing in effluent analysis. |

| The relocation to our new premises near Ringaskiddy provides for increased efficiency in both our production capability as well as providing full bunding for the storage of chemicals in our warehouse. Additional bulk storage for raw materials & certain products will also increase our efficiency and capability. The new facility has also allowed increased laboratory space and capability. |

| The Ringaskiddy facility is fully licensed by the EPA as a waste treatment and transfer station. This will increase our service offering for customers in the Cork region, acting largely as a transfer station where wastes collected in the Cork region are bulked prior to transfer to our treatment facilities or exported directly to continental waste processing facilities. |
